An earned level lasts 14 days, even if your rolling spending falls. At expiry it renews if you still qualify; otherwise you move to your current qualifying level. Same-level spending does not restart the clock.

Credits reserved for a rejected, canceled, or undelivered generation return to your balance. Credit purchases remain final except where a refund is required by law.
