## Operator and international service

The service is operated by OMNIPIX DOO, registered in Serbia, registration number 22331558, tax/VAT ID 115948361. The laws of the Republic of Serbia applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights. These provisions supersede earlier descriptions of the operator, payment channels and data location.

Account data is stored at Account database: PlanetScale, AWS US East (Northern Virginia), USA. Application: Contabo, USA. Media: Cloudflare R2 and CDN; distributed storage and caches. Media for all users is also stored in Timeweb in Russia and delivered through the Russian CDN for connections from Russia. Mail: Contabo, Germany. Legacy account records remain in the Russian Timeweb database until account recovery.. The Serbian operator processes account data using the infrastructure described here. Existing account data is recovered from the Russian database after verified email login. Content needed for generation is sent to the selected model provider. Cloudflare storage, network delivery and provider processing may involve other countries. Authentication is available through Google or an email verification code. An existing account previously accessed through another provider can be recovered using its verified email.

An existing account remaining in the Russian database is recovered and transferred automatically after its email is verified during login. The transfer preserves the account identifier, credits, generation history, files and associated records. Processing occurs in the background. Account actions may be temporarily unavailable until the transfer completes. Until recovery through verified email, the legacy account remains in the Russian database; contact support for access, export, deletion or other requests. Copies remaining in Russia are subject to applicable retention and deletion obligations.

## Top-ups during transition

Direct payment checkout and generation-linked shortfall payments are temporarily unavailable. Credit top-ups are available through redemption of gift cards. Gift cards may be purchased from the separate seller at gifted.land under that seller's terms. Omnipix does not collect bank-card details for those purchases. Questions about purchasing or refunding a gift card should be addressed to its seller; questions about redemption or service credits should be addressed to Omnipix. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms incorporate the Terms of Service version 2026-08-19-model-assistant-recommendations and add the following generation-discount terms.

## Model assistant

The model assistant provides automated informational recommendations using available catalog, pricing, runtime, operational, and third-party benchmark data. It may misunderstand a request or provide incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. Its recommendations do not guarantee a model's suitability, availability, price, quality, performance, or output. The user must review the current model description, settings, requirements, and price shown in the workspace before relying on a recommendation or submitting a generation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omnipix is not liable for decisions, costs, losses, or results arising from reliance on model-assistant recommendations. Nothing in this provision limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

## Welcome discount

The welcome offer shown on the pricing page applies automatically for the stated period, beginning with the account's first successful personalized generation quote. Account registration, public price browsing and unsuccessful quotes do not start this period. The account menu shows the offer's status and expiry. Welcome and usage discounts do not stack.

## Usage discounts

After welcome, qualifying spending can unlock the discount levels shown on the pricing page. Only credits charged for completed AI generations within the stated rolling spending window count, including spending during welcome and spending funded by gift cards. Credit purchases, grants, reservations, failed or refunded charges and video-editor exports do not count. Video-editor exports do not receive generation discounts.

An upgrade starts the stated retention period. Spending at the same level does not extend that period. At expiry, the level is reassessed against qualifying spending. Already earned periods retain their recorded terms when the policy changes; new welcome offers and new or renewed usage periods use the applicable published terms.

## Model-specific exception

MiniMax voice cloning is subject to a discount limit: the full welcome or usage discount may not apply to this model. Its final price and effective discount are shown in the personalized quote before generation or generation-linked payment is accepted. This limit does not reduce the account's discount for other eligible models.

The accepted generation or generation-linked payment retains its quoted pricing terms. A changed price requires a refreshed quote before acceptance. Credit charges are rounded upward to the supported charge increment.

By maintaining an active account, the user agrees that Omnipix may send necessary non-marketing service communications to the account email. These may include authentication messages, a welcome or onboarding message, and important notices about the account, security, billing and payments, legal documents or policy changes, material service availability, maintenance, incidents, or other events affecting use of the service. Delivery of these communications is part of the service and cannot be disabled while the account remains active. Deleting the account ends future service communications except where contact is required by law or needed to complete an existing transaction or request.

**Marketing email preferences.** Newsletters, promotions and product marketing are controlled separately in Settings → Privacy. When a new account is created, this setting is off if the connection is located in the European Union or its country cannot be determined, and on for other identified countries. You can enable or disable it at any time without losing access to the service. Later sign-ins and recovery of an existing account preserve its previous preference. An automatic initial setting is not an affirmative consent statement and does not replace consent where applicable law requires it.
